According to our sources and Reliance Digital representatives, users who have recharged with RC 149 can recharge with RC 303 before April 15 and they will be able to enjoy the Summer Surprise offer. Their RC 149 will be applied after the Jio Summer Offer ends.
After being rumored for some time, Reliance Jio Prime deadline extension is finally official. The previous last date of 31st March has been extended to April 15. Moreover, the telecom provider has announced the Jio Summer Surprise Offer with three more months of free unlimited data, calls, SMS and premium app license. With this, you can continue to enjoy the unlimited benefits till 30th June 2017 at no extra cost.
The Jio Summer Surprise Offer has some terms and conditions, though. Only Jio Prime members who have recharged with Rs. 303 or more are eligible for it. This means the users who have paid Rs. 99 plus at least Rs. 303 will exclusively get to use free unlimited services for three more months. Speaking of the package details, the Jio Summer Surprise Offer is exactly same as Jio Happy New Year Offer with 1 GB of high-speed 4G data per day and unlimited calls, SMS, premium app usage, etc.
These eligibility criteria raise an important question. What will happen to the Jio Prime members who has already recharged with the Rs. 149 plan? Unfortunately, Reliance is yet to confirm if they will get the Summer Surprise Offer, and if not, will recharging again with the Rs. 303 pack will make them eligible?

Announcing the deadline extension, Mr. Mukesh Ambani, Reliance Jio’s chairman said, “Jio’s free service period is COMING TO AN END. Users who do not recharge by the extended date of 15th April will experience degradation and/or discontinuation of services.”
