Honor Band 3 With Heart Rate Tracking, 30 Days Battery Life Announced In India

Chinese giant Huawei’s brand Honor announced its latest fitness tracker in India. The Honor Band 3 was announced alongside the company’s latest flagship smartphone, the Honor 8 Pro. Featuring an OLED display and a real time heart rate tracker, the Honor Band 3 fitness and sleep tracker comes with a 30 days battery life.

Featuring support for both Android and iOS devices, the Honor Band 3 comes with a 0.91″ OLED display. The fitness tracker is water resistant up to 50 meters, allowing you to use it while swimming as well. In fact, the Honor Band 3 comes with a custom Swimming mode that lets you track your swim times, calories burned during swimming and more.

Other features of the Honor Band 3 include a real time heart rate tracker, support for Android and iOS devices, Caller ID, Call Reject and more. It also supports alerts for social media websites like Facebook and Twitter, messages, emails and more when connected via Bluetooth. It supports Bluetooth 4.2 LE connectivity, with support for Android 4.4 KitKat or later and iOS 8.0 or later.

The Honor Band 3 can also be used for various activities like workout sessions, cycling, running and even sleep tracking. The fitness tracker comes with infrared sensor, pedometer, and an accelerometer, apart from the heart rate sensor. It can notify you when you have been in the same position for a long period of time. Additionally, it also comes with smart alarm clock vibrations that are used to wake you up from sleep.


Powered by a 105 mAh battery, the Honor Band 3 can last for up to 30 days of usage. It comes with a 16mm wide strap. It is offered in Dynamic Orange, Navy Blue, and Carbon Black colour options. Honor has not announced the price of the band yet.
