The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is on a new hunt. Xiaomi is gearing up for the MIUI 9 launch and for testing it in an effective manner, the company is hiring special beta testers. MIUI 9 will be launched on 26th July with Mi 5X at 14:00 at China National Convention Center. Xiaomi‘s selection process states that the company is hiring Beta Testers for MIUI 9 China ROM. So, here are the details that one should know before applying for the MIUI 9 testing.
- The hiring is specifically for MIUI 9 China ROM. The details for global ROM will be revealed at a later stage.
- The users who are already in existing teams need not apply as they will all get an opportunity to test the MIUI 9 update.
- To ensure that MIUI 9 offers a great user experience in terms of smoothness, stability and better battery backup, it will be rolled out to a limited number of devices after the launch, which will be followed by others. After rolling out the update, the selected beta testers for certain devices will be also announced successively too
Deadline
Deadline for Xiaomi hiring is August 1, 2017. The company will send the selected users a forum PM to notify them if they are selected. The first batch of users will be announced on 25th July land Xiaomi will notify the users with PM.
How To Apply
Step 1: A user needs to first download the MIUI Global forum if not, which is an app to access MIUI Global news related to the company and its devices. A user can either get it through APK, or Google Play or by scanning the QR code.
Step 2: On the homepage, select recruitment, fill out the information as stated and click on submit button.
