Panasonic P77 with 4G VoLTE launched in India for Rs. 5,299

Panasonic today launched a new variant of its budget 4G smartphone, the P77 in India. Earlier, the company had launched an 8GB internal storage variant, which has now been upgraded to 16GB. The new variant is available in Grey and White color options exclusively from Flipkart.

Panasonic P77 Specifications

The Panasonic P77 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features a 5 inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device has not received any upgrade in terms of Android version or display.

It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor clubbed with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The new variant has received an upgrade in terms of storage, from the earlier 8GB to 16GB.

Coming to the camera department, the P77 features an 8MP primary camera with an LED flash, along with a 2MP front camera for selfies. The device does not come with a fingerprint sensor.


The Panasonic P77 is powered by a 2,000mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.
