Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones announced with noise cancellation

Beats Electronics, a subsidiary of Apple has unveiled new Beats Studio 3 noise canceling wireless headphones. These latest headphones come packed with a host of new features including Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology. The headphones have been priced at $349.95.

The over-ear headphones come with Apple‘s W1 chip that enables easy pairing with an iPhone or iPad. With this, you also get proximity pairing, seamless switching between Apple devices, and Bluetooth connectivity also.

The new adaptive noise cancellation technology used in Beats Studio 3 makes use of advanced algorithms to continuously monitor your environment. So, it can best block out ambient noise not only in your less noisy room but also in a noisy café or a busy office.

The headphone is said to offer an exceptional battery life. It can give 40 hours of usage with adaptive noise canceling turned off, while you can use it up to 22 hours with the feature turned on. It also supports fast charging and you can get three hours of playback on just a 10-minute charge. Interestingly, you can charge it with a microUSB and not with Apple’s Lightning cable.

In terms of build quality and design, the headphones look alike to the previous generation with a sleek design. Moreover, the headphone is redesigned with acoustic components and an upgraded manufacturing process for ergonomic comfort and optimal noise isolation. The company says that the ear cushions have been improved so it will be now more comfortable to wear all day long.

Pricing and Availability

The Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones retails at $349.95 from Apple store. The headphones come in many color options including Blue, Porcelain Rose, White, Red, Shadow Gray, or Matte Black.
