Nokia 9 leaked image: Edge-to-edge display, smaller bezels

Nokia 9, HMD Global’s next flagship has been leaked yet again. The latest image of the Nokia 9 can be seen featuring a curved edge-to-edge display and near bezel-less design at the front. Notably, the handset can also be seen featuring dual rear camera setup in the renders.

The upcoming flagship phone from HMD Global is going to be better than the recently launched Nokia 8, as revealed by the latest leaked image. The image is shared by a user on Chinese social media website Baidu.

The Nokia 9 had earlier been listed on several benchmarking sites and has also got FCC certification recently. Most of the specs of the phone have been tipped from these leaks. Also, its earlier leaked images have also tipped that handset will feature a near bezel-less display.

Talking about the fresh render of Nokia 9, it is seen featuring edge-to-edge curved display just like the Note 8 which indicates that Nokia might be including an OLED panel. The phone in Polished Blue color can also be seen with 3D glass back design and dual Zeiss rear cameras in a vertical orientation. Moreover, a fingerprint sensor can be seen right below the camera module.

Nokia 9 Expected Specifications

If we talk about specifications, the Nokia 9 is expected to pack a 5.3 inch QHD OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The upcoming flagship phone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and it will surely get Android Oreo update soon.

Powering the Nokia 9 will be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor. Speaking of the memory, there will be 4 to 8 GB of RAM coupled with up to 128 GB internal memory.

In the camera department, the Nokia 9 is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup with two 13 MP sensors. The camera is vertically set at the upper back side of the phone with dual LED flash. It will supposedly come with a 12 MP camera on the front. The phone is expected to pack a 3800mAh battery.
