Vodafone rolls out Rs. 181 and Rs. 195 plans with unlimited calling

Telecom operator Vodafone has introduced two new prepaid plans of Rs. 181 and Rs. 195 with unlimited calling and data benefits. While the Rs. 181 plan offers 2G data, the Rs. 195 plan is offering 4G / 3G / 2G data. Both the plans offer unlimited calling but the Rs. 195 plan comes with a cap on the free calling.

Both these plans are competitive considering the current plans being rolled out by other telcos. Airtel had also recently rolled out a similar prepaid plan at Rs. 199. The validity of the Vodafone plan is 28 days and it is under the bonus cards segment.

About the Vodafone Rs. 181 and Rs. 195 plans

Talking about the more affordable Rs. 181 plan first, you get unlimited voice calling and data. With the Rs. 181 Vodafone plan, you get unlimited local+STD calls on all mobile as well as landline networks. For internet connectivity, the plan gives you unlimited 2G data. Coming to the Rs. 195 plan, it also offers similar benefits with better data option. The Rs. 195 plan offers unlimited local and STD calls with 250 mins/day or 1,000 mins/week. Apart from the calling benefits, data connectivity includes 1GB 4G/3G/2G data with the entire plan being valid for 28 days. You can recharge with the Vodafone Rs. 195 plan here.

Airtel had also rolled out a similar plan earlier. The plan, priced at Rs. 199 plan comes with unlimited voice calling and 1GB data. While new users can avail this plan for Rs. 178, the existing users can get it for Rs. 199 with similar benefits. The plan also comes with 4G / 3G / 2G data option.

Update: As per information from Vodafone, these plans are currently available in the Andhra Pradesh circle only.
