The rumoured gaming smartphone from US-headquartered laptop maker Razer has just received fresh leaks. Razer was lately tipped to be working on a gaming smartphone which is being called as the Razer Phone on the internet. The phone is expected to launch later today at an event in London, but the leaks haven’t stopped even now.

The Razer Phone was spotted on a UK based website by a Reddit user. According to the website listing, the Razer Phone will have a 5.72-inch display, Dual rear cameras, 8GB RAM and a big 4,000 mAh battery. To complete the gaming phone package, the 3G listing shows the phone featuring Dual front-facing speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The listing reveals that the Razer Phone will come with a 5.7-inch IGZO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Wide Color Gamut (WCG). This will make it one of the first phones outside Japan to feature a 120Hz refresh rate display.

For enhanced audio output, the phone is stated to feature Dolby Atmos sound front-facing dual speakers and amplifiers.

In terms of cameras, the Razer Phone is listed with a dual camera setup at the back. The primary lens is tipped to be a 12MP wide-angle lens with f/1.75 aperture and a secondary is a 13MP telephoto lens with f/2.6. The camera is stated to come with autofocus and LED flash.

Coming to hardware, the leaks do not reveal much else but just the storage and battery capacity. The Razer Phone is expected to come with 8GB RAM for smoothly running any games you want. The phone is also anticipated to feature a 4,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm QuickCharge 4+. If this is the case, then we will probably get to see a Snapdragon 835 processor on the Razer Phone.

Razer Phone Price

The Razer Phone is listed at £45 on a contract basis, and £595 on a Pay As You Go plan, which translates to roughly $790 after taxes, or about Rs. 51,000. Full details about the price and wider availability will be known soon, as the phone will be launched later today.
