Aircel offers unlimited calls, 5GB data for Rs 148, cashback offer with Amazon

Indian telecom operator Aircel has announced new plans and cashback offer in partnership with e-commerce major Amazon India. The operator has launched a new tariff plan of Rs. 148 which offers both data and voice calling benefits. Also, when Aircel subscribers recharge through Amazon Pay balance, they will get a flat cashback of Rs. 75 on select unlimited plans.

Now, talking about the Rs. 148 tariff plan from Aircel, this is the plan which the company has introduced to take on Reliance Jio’s Rs. 149 tariff plan. It offers unlimited Local and STD voice calls and 5GB 3G/2G data for 28 days. However, the unlimited voice calls are capped at 200 minutes per day, 1000 minutes per week, and 3000 minutes per cycle of 28 days.

This Rs. 148 offer from Aircel is valid for all Aircel subscribers across the country and caters to Aircel’s unlimited plans category. Also, this offer is valid only for recharging with Aircel mobile app.

Speaking on the launch of the offerings, Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer from Aircel said,

We want to pitch Aircel Mobile App and Amazon as the best recharge and service destination for Aircel consumers and are confident that these value-loaded offerings on Aircel App and Amazon Pay are not only going to delight our customers but also tip the scale for the fence-sitters to adopt and embrace the convenience of digital payments, available on their phones.”

Further, the operator has tied up with Amazon India to offer cashback on recharges. If users recharge with using Amazon Pay balance for their Aircel numbers they can get flat cashback of up to Rs. 75 in the Amazon Pay balance which they can use for further recharge.
