Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has been leaked in recent concept video and renders which shows thin bezels around the display. A channel on YouTube called Science and Knowledge created this “fan-made” video which shows some of the most significant changes in the design of the budget smartphone.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 renders show three color variants of the smartphone with extremely thin bezels around the display. The bezels on Redmi Note 5 concept images look even thinner than the bezels on the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus smartphones which were launched last year.
The rear of the smartphone is not as exciting as the front part; it looks similar to the Redmi Note 4. The only thing which needs all the attention is the dual camera setup which looks nothing like what Xiaomi has done with other dual camera smartphones. This leak is also supported by the speculation that the smartphone will come with a dual camera setup.
The overall design of the Redmi Note 5 looks stunning in the concept video, and if the smartphone will sport this design, then it will be the head-turner budget smartphone of the year.
Some other specifications which are also in speculations are that this smartphone will feature Snapdragon 632 SoC and this smartphone is going to be the first to sport this chipset. There might be a 5.99 inches FHD+ display, a 16MP primary shooter, 5MP selfie camera and a 4,100mAh battery. The smartphone is not too far from hitting the shelves as the smartphone has already received 3C certification in China.
