Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has finally launched its Redmi Note 5 smartphone in India. The new Redmi Note 5 is the successor of the popular Redmi Note 4 that was launched in January last year. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5  is a Flipkart exclusive and will be available starting from today.

Xiaomi had unveiled this phone as the Redmi 5 Plus in China back in December. At the time of its launch, it was speculated that the phone will be launched as Redmi Note 5 in India.
