OnePlus might launch its flagship smartphone for 2018, the OnePlus 6 in Q2 of this year. We have been seeing rumors and leaks about the phone for a long time now and a new leak reveals its specs each day. Now, a major leak has comes in the form of an alleged specs sheet that reveals almost all specifications of the upcoming smartphone.

The latest leak reported by Techslize is an image that appears to be from an info guide of the device. It reveals complete specs of the OnePlus 6. If the image turns out to be legit, the OnePlus flagship will ship with a 20MP selfie camera and a similar dual camera setup as the 5T. Alongside, the battery capacity, display size, and Android version have also been revealed.

Design and Display

The OnePlus 6 is expected to feature an iPhone X-like notch if we look at the recent trend and leaked images of device. The leaked images also shows a glass design on the back, a vertically positioned dual rear camera, and a fingerprint sensor, just below the rear camera.


Coming to the display, as suggested by a recent leak the OnePlus 6 might look much like the recently launched OPPO R15. We expect the OnePlus 6 to sport a 6.28-inch display with 1080 x 2280 resolution. Also, the OnePlus flagship is likely to sport a taller 19:9 display, compared to the 18:9 display of OnePlus 5T, that confirms its notch design as well.

Cameras

According to the latest leak, the OnePlus 6 is expected to sport a similar rear camera setup as the OnePlus 5T. So, the OnePlus 6 might come with a 16MP primary camera with a 20MP secondary sensor and both the sensors will come with f/1.7 aperture. However, the front camera will get an upgrade to 20MP from the 16MP seen on the last two flagships.

As confirmed by several leaks and CEO Pete Lau as well, OnePlus 6 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 845 SoC, along with 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB inbuilt storage. The battery might also be getting an upgrade from the current 3300mAh capacity of the OnePlus 5T to 3,450 mAh. The phone will run on the latest version of OxygenOS on top of Android 8.1 Oreo.

Price

A recent leak suggests that the OnePlus 6 will cost about CAD $749 (approx. Rs. 38,000) for the base variant. Comparing it with the price of OnePlus 5T 8GB variant (Rs. 37,999), the OnePlus 6 will be slightly expensive but still way cheaper than the other flagships like the iPhone X and Galaxy S9.
