Samsung Galaxy A6 certified: Super AMOLED display, 24MP selfie camera

The Samsung Galaxy A6+ smartphone had surfaced last week in images and the smartphone got certified by Taiwan’s National Communication Commision recently. The smartphone recently got certified by the TENAA in China.

Today, the press images and some detailed specifications have surfaced of the Galaxy A6 (SM-A600) and the Galaxy A6+ (SM-A605). These recent leaks about the smartphone have revealed that the Galaxy A6+ is going to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC and the Galaxy A6 is rumored to feature the Exynos 7870. The Galaxy A6+ is going to feature a 24MP camera on the front with an LED flash.

Samsung Galaxy A6 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A6 is going to feature a 5.6 inches HD+ (1480 x 720) resolution Super AMOLED display with 18.5:9 Infinity display. The smartphone is going to sport a 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor with a Mali T830 GPU. The smartphone is going to come in two variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. This storage is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB.

This smartphone will be running Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung Experience UI. The device comes with a 16MP sensor with LED flash and on the front, the device comes with a 16MP secondary camera with an LED flash. The device is powered by a 3,000mAh battery which is enough for long usage.


Samsung Galaxy A6+ Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A6+ will feature  a 6 inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU. The smartphone will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with expandable memory.

The Galaxy A6+ is going to feature dual rear camera setup which includes a 16MP + 5MP setup with f/1.7 aperture size. The smartphone is featuring a 24MP front-facing camera with a f/1.9 aperture with LED flash. The smartphone features a fingerprint sensor and 3,500mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+ will come in Black, Blue and Gold color. The devices are expected to go official in the coming weeks.
