Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus recently announced the launch of its flagship device, the OnePlus 6 along with the OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition in Mumbai. The device is available starting from Rs. 34,999.
During the launch, it was revealed that the OnePlus 6 will be available from Amazon India and Oneplus.in. Additionally, OnePlus is also hosting pop-up events across eight Indian cities on May 21 and May 22. Now, the company has announced that the device will also be available from 112 Croma retail stores across the country.

OnePlus 6 price in India starts at Rs. 34,999 for the 6GB RAM / 64GB storage variant and the 8GB RAM / 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 39,999. The OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition is priced at Rs. 44,999.
OnePlus 6 Launch Offers
OnePlus is offering a discount of Rs. 2,000 on SBI Credit and Debit card transactions during the first week of sale starting from May 21. Moreover, there will be No Cost EMI option for up to 3 months with popular banks. The company is also offering a complimentary 12-month Accidental Damage Insurance by Servify.
Other than that, Idea cellular subscribers will get Rs. 2,000 cash back and device insurance. Amazon will also offer a Gift card worth Rs. 250 for all Prime Video consumers and discounts of up to Rs. 500 on Kindle e-book purchases. Additionally, benefits up to Rs. 25,000 will be offered on flight and hotel bookings from ClearTrip.
OnePlus 6 Specifications
The OnePlus 6 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with OxygenOS 5.1 skinned on top. It features a 6.28-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
In terms of performance, the OnePlus 6 is powered by a an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. In terms of memory, the device comes in three variants – 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage.
Coming to the camera department, the device features a dual camera setup at the back consisting of a 16MP Sony IMX519 sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 1.22μm pixel size, EIS, OIS and a secondary 20MP camera with Sony IMX376K sensor with f/1.7 aperture and 1.0μm pixel size.
It comes with dual LED flash placed below the dual camera setup. Also, there is a fingerprint sensor placed below the dual camera setup. On the front, the device sports the same camera as the OnePlus 5T. It features a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The OnePlus 6 is powered by a 3,300mAh battery and comes with Dash Charge support. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port.
