LG V35 ThinQ with 6 inch QHD+ OLED display, dual cameras announced

Korean smartphone maker LG has officially announced its latest flagship device in its V series, dubbed as the LG V35 ThinQ. The company had earlier announced the LG V30S ThinQ at the MWC 2018 held in Barcelona.

The LG V35 ThinQ has been in the news for some time now and it was leaked earlier, revealing the design and specifications of the device. The LG V35 ThinQ features a 6 inch QHD+ OLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The LG V35 ThinQ is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance and it has been MIL-STD 810G certified. The device will be available in Black and Grey color options

The LG V35 ThinQ runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with LG UX skinned on top. The device features a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels, an aspect ratio of 18:9 and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

In terms of performance, the device is powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU. The device comes with 6GB RAM and in terms of storage, it comes with 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. The internal storage is further expandable via a microSD card.

Coming to the optics, the LG V35 ThinQ sports a 16MP primary camera with f/1.6 aperture, 71-degree wide angle lens and a secondary 16MP camera with f/1.9 aperture. On the front, the device will sport an 8MP selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture. The device comes with a fingerprint sensor placed below the primary camera.

The LG V35 ThinQ is powered by a 3,300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and wireless charging support. Connectivity options on the device will include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C and NFC.
