Honor 7X has received a permanent price cut of Rs. 1,000 in India. The handset is now available at a starting price of Rs. 11,999 via Amazon India. The company has also rolled out a new software update for the Honor 7X that brings several new features, including a Game Suit, Ride Mode, and AR Lens.
The Honor 7X was launched in India back in December with a starting price of Rs. 12,999 for the 32GB storage variant, while its 64GB variant was launched at Rs. 15,999. Now, both the models are available at a new price.

The Honor 7X new price in India starts at Rs. 11,999 for the 32GB storage model, while its 64GB storage variant now comes at Rs. 14,999. The new price is already live on Amazon India with EMI and exchange offers. The device comes in Blue, Black, Gold, and Red Limited Edition colour options.
Honor 7X New Features
Alongside the price cut, Honor is also rolling out a host of new features for the Honor 7X. There is a Game Suite designed to help gamers which automatically optimises the gaming experience. Apart from this, the update also brings a Ride Mode that notifies the caller that the user is riding a bike. The feature has earlier arrived on the Honor 9 Lite back in March.
Further, there is an AR Lens feature that will add effects to the images using augmented reality (AR). Additionally, the update brings a Shortcut to Paytm feature that lets users assign a fingerprint to open the Paytm app.

If we talk about specs, the Honor 7X features a 5.93-inch FHD+ (1080×2160 pixels) display and is powered by a Kirin 659 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM. It has a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor, with PDAF, LED flash. There is an 8MP front camera sensor. It packs a 3340mAh battery.
