The Xiaomi Mi A2 sale will start today in India for the first time at 12 pm via Amazon India, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, and Mi Preferred Offline Stores. To recall, the smartphone was launched in India earlier last week. The Mi A2 is the next iteration of Xiaomi’s Android One smartphones. It comes with powerful hardware and upgraded camera specs.

The Xiaomi Mi A2 price in India is Rs. 16,999 for the only 4GB+64GB variant. It comes in four color options- Rose Gold, Gold, Lake Blue and Black. The smartphone can be purchased via Amazon India and Mi.com starting from today 12PM. It will also be available at n Mi Home stores, and Mi preferred partner stores.
Coming to the launch offers, Reliance Jio subscribers will get instant Rs. 2,200 cashback and up to 4.5 TB additional data after purchasing the new Mi A2.
Mi A2 Specifications, Features
The Xiaomi Mi A2 sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ (1080×2160 pixels) 18:9 aspect ratio display with 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, which is not expandable.
The Mi A2 sports a dual rear camera setup with a 12MP Sony IMX486 primary sensor with 1.25-micron pixels, f/1.75 aperture, and a 20MP IMX376 secondary sensor with 2-micron pixels and f/1.75 aperture. Up front, there is a 20MP sensor with a soft-light flash. Mi A2 also supports Portrait mode, Beauty Mode 4.0, Face Recognition, and EIS for video recording.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac dual-band, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It doesn’t have 3.5mm headphone jack. The fingerprint sensor is on the rear panel. The Xiaomi Mi A2 packs a 3,000mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 4+ fast charging.
