Domestic smartphone maker Micromax has announced its new smartphone in its Yu series dubbed as Yu ACE in India. The new budget-centric smartphone Yu Ace sports an 18:9 display, quad-core MediaTek processor, and 4000mAh battery.
The new smartphone from Micromax is exclusive to Flipkart and it will go on sale starting from September 6. The Micromax Yu ACE price in India starts at Rs 5,999. The smartphone comes in Gold, Blue, and Black color options.
Micromax Yu ACE Specifications
The Micromax Yu ACE sports a 5.4-inch HD+ 2.5 glass display with the latest 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-core Mediatek 6739 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The company will later launch the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant as well.
In the camera department, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor with LED flash. While for selfies, there is a 5MP shooter. The smartphone offers features like the fingerprint sensor and face unlock technology as well.
The Yu Ace packs a 4,000 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the smartphone include Dual-SIM capabilities, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and micro USB port. The smartphone runs the latest Android Oreo out of the box.
