According to the tweet, WhatsApp is working on the new dark mode, and it tells us to be patient. Also, the dark mode will be OLED friendly which is great for the battery as well. This feature might also be coming to the iOS devices as it mentions iPhone X in the tweet.
Another feature which WABetaInfo is talking about is the swipe to reply feature which is already available in the iOS version of WhatsApp. This feature helps the user to just swipe on the message and that message will be selected for the reply. Currently, we have to tap and hold the message then select reply from the top bar to select that message to reply.
Hopefully, this feature will be available to all the WhatsApp users soon. And before getting the final app, these features will come to the Beta version of the app, so stay updated!
