Looking for a smartphone to buy? Check out these phones releasing in October 2018

If you are bored of your currently owned smartphone and feeling to upgrade it into a new one, then you are in luck. This October is bringing a lot of new smartphones to choose from. They are from all major smartphone manufacturers so if you want to go with any brand, you can do that too.

Check out this list of upcoming smartphones which are going to release this October 2018. Some of them are still in the rumors, so not all the information about the leaked smartphones are going to be true, but at least you have something, right?

Honor 8X and 8X Max

Honor is going to release two new smartphones next month in the performance section of their smartphones. The Honor 8X Max will come with a 6.5 inches FHD+ display with a notch on top. The smartphone will feature the HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor for the first time from Huawei with 4GB RAM. It will also feature 20MP + 2MP rear camera setup with a 16 MP selfie shooter. The smartphone will come equipped with a 3750 mAh battery.

Honor 8X

The Honor 8X Max will come with a massive 7.12 inches FHD+ display which comes with a notch too. The smartphone will be rocking a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. The smartphone will feature a dual camera setup including a 16MP sensor and a 2MP sensor on the rear and on the front is an 8MP sensor for selfies. It will come with a big 5000 mAh battery to rock the hardware for a full day.

The Honor 8X might start from 1,399 Yuan which translates to Rs 14,695 and go all the way up to 1,899 Yuan which is approximately Rs 19,950. The Honor 8X Max will come with a starting price tag of 1,499 Yuan which translates to Rs 15,745 and go all the way up to 1,799 Yuan which is Rs 18,900.

Mi Max 3

Xiaomi Mi Max series smartphones are getting really popular especially in Asian countries including India. So, Xiaomi decided to drop another smartphone in this series. The Mi Max 3 will feature a 6.9 inches FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor which is paired with 4GB RAM.

The Mi Max 3 will come with 64GB of built-in storage which is going to be expandable via micro SD card support. The smartphone will feature a 12MP + 5MP sensor on the rear and an 8MP sensor on the front. The smartphone will feature a big battery and possibly any quick charge feature.

Lenovo Z5 Pro

Lenovo is going to launch a new smartphone with all screen display which has been leaked recently in a picture when the CEO is using it. The smartphone is said to be coming with 6.42 inches full-screen display with pop up the camera just like the Oppo Find X, but it is manual here. There will be an in-display fingerprint sensor, and the smartphone is going to reveal on October 11th.

Nokia 7.1 Plus

Nokia is going to release the Nokia 7.1 Plus with the similar design and Carl Zeiss optics. The smartphone will feature a 6.4 inches FHD+ display with a notch on the top and 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 710 processor and 4GB/6GB RAM. The smartphone will feature 13MP+12MP sensor on rear and 20MP camera on the front. With 3400 mAh battery and price around Rs 33,700, this smartphone is going to be a great deal.

Infinix Zero 6

Infinix Zero 6 is going to make its appearance next month with an 18:9 aspect ratio display and a notch. The smartphone will come with glass back and USB Type C port. It might feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB RAM, and 3570 mAh battery.

LG V40 ThinQ

The LG V40 ThinQ is going to be the first smartphone which will feature five cameras; three cameras on the back and dual camera setup on front. The smartphone is going to launch on October 4th, and we will know more about this smartphone then.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Pro

Samsung is working on to make their mid-range smartphones better than what they use to be before. Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Pro might bring a change at the Samsung’s mid-range smartphones. It might feature a 6.28 inches Super AMOLED Infinity display, Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL

The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 X were going to launch this October but as you already know everything about it from the leaks. Here is a quick recap of what you might get into the smartphone. There will be a notch on the Pixel 3 XL, and Pixel 3 will be an 18:9 aspect ratio smartphone.

Both of them will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and at least 4GB of RAM. There will be some new colors, but the design is going to be similar to the previous generation of Pixel smartphones.

OnePlus 6T

OnePlus will release the OnePlus 6T in October too, but there are going to be a lot of new changes and advancements from its predecessor. The smartphone will feature a notch display with the smallest notch and in-display fingerprint sensor. It will also feature SD 845 processor and 6 GB of RAM. The battery might get some expansion, but the design is going to be similar to the previous generation.

All these smartphones are confirmed to be launching in October, but the specifications and features are rumored for some devices.
