You can now order food online via Paytm app. The company has launched food ordering and delivery service in partnership with Zomato. The service is currently available in Delhi-NCR and users can order food from their avorite restaurants within the Paytm App.
Paytm says that it will expand this service across the country by end of this month. To be noted, Zomato covers more than 80 thousand restaurants across 100 cities in India and Paytm plans to cover them all.
Zomato has achieved a monthly order rate of 28 million in December 2018, so with the Paytm partnership, it will grow further. Paytm is widely accepted across a wide range of outlets including restaurants. So, payment methods will also ease with this. Zomato has a delivery fleet of 1.5 lac partners across India, this will help in delivering food.
Paytm Food ordering service is now available on the Paytm Android app and it will soon be made available on the Paytm iOS app as well. For the first order, you can also get up to Rs. 100 cashback in Paytm wallet. The promo code is HUNGRY.
