Samsung Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 launched in India: Price, specifications

Samsung finally launched its much-awaited Galaxy M series in India today. The company launched two new phones in the series dubbed as Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20. The highlight of the budget phones is the new Infinity V display which is nothing but the waterdrop notch. Other features include dual rear cameras and octa-core Exynos 7 series processors.

Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 Price in India

Samsung Galaxy M10 price in India starts at Rs. 7,990 for the 2GB/16GB model. The 3GB/32GB variant of Galaxy M10 is priced at Rs. 8,990. The Galaxy M20 price in India starts at Rs. 10,990 for the 3GB/32GB model while its 4GB/64GB model is priced at Rs. 12,990. Both the phones are Amazon exclusive and will be available on Amazon.in starting from February 5.

Galaxy M10 Specifications

If we talk about full specs, the Galaxy M10 sports a 6.2-inch HD+ (720X1480 pixels) display. It is an Infinity display with a small waterdrop notch on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 chipset. It packs 2GB or 3GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB storage that is expandable via microSD.

In terms of camera, the handset sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP primary camera with f/1.9 aperture, 1.12-micron meter pixels and a secondary 5MP camera. Up front, it sports a 5MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.


The device is powered by a 3,430mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm jack and micro USB port. The smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience UI on top. It doesn’t sport fingerprint scanner but it has face unlock option.

Galaxy M20 Specifications

The Galaxy M20 sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ (2340 X 1080 pixels) TFT Infinity V display. It has a fingerprint scanner on the back. The device is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7904 chipset. Memory wise, it packs 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB or 64GB storage that is expandable via microSD card.

In the camera department, it also sports dual rear camera setup with a 13MP primary camera with f/1.9 aperture, 1.12-μm pixels, and a 5MP secondary camera. It has an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type C port. The device is powered by a massive 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone is running Android 8.1 Oreo with Experience UI on top.

They both come in Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black color options.
