Vivo is all set to launch a new smartphone with a pop-up selfie camera in India on Feb 20. Although the company hasn’t yet revealed the name of the upcoming phone, we all know it is going to be the Vivo V15 Pro. Now, the smartphone has been leaked in a promotional poster and it reveals its key specs and design.
The Vivo V15 Pro picture was first revealed by 91Mobiles. It shows the V15 Pro from both back and front sides that reveal some of the key details about it. The smartphone is expected to feature some latest technologies like in-display fingerprint sensor, pop-up selfie camera, triple rear cameras with a 48MP main camera at a mid-range price segment.
Vivo V15 Pro Design
As per the leak, the V15 Pro is going to have a glass-and-metal sandwich design. As already known, on the front the V15 Pro will feature a pop-up selfie camera. So, there will be no notch and the bezels around the screen will be minimal.
Further, it will come with three cameras on the back panel as some rumours have also suggested. The rear camera setup will feature LED flash embedded in between the first sensors. Notably, the picture doesn’t show any fingerprint sensor which means it surely come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Vivo V15 Pro Specifications
As per the promotional poster, the Vivo V15 Pro will sport a bezel-less screen and it is expected to be a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with a thin chin below. It will have a 32MP pop-up front camera hidden in the upper frame. It will also sport an in-display fingerprint sensor and a piezoelectric speaker to replace the earpiece just like the Vivo NEX.
At the back, V15 Pro will sport a triple-camera setup and the report suggests that the V15 Pro will have a 48-megapixel main sensor. The source further mentioned that the phone will have a Samsung GM1 sensor just like the Redmi Note 7. So, it will also make use of the pixel binning technology to capture 48MP shots from a 12MP sensor. The primary camera will be accompanied by two 8MP and 5MP sensors.
Under the hood, the Vivo V15 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 675 processor. Notably, it will be one of the first smartphones to be powered by Qualcomm’s new 11nm Snapdragon 675 processor that was unveiled back in October. It is expected to pack a 3,400mAh battery. The device also sports the 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.
Vivo V15 Pro Expected Price in India
The Vivo V15 Pro is expected to be priced between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 in India. The report also reveals that it will go on pre-orders from Feb 15.
