Huawei launched its Y9 Prime 2019 smartphone in India today. The key features of the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 include a full-view display with pop-up camera design, an octa-core Kirin 710 processor with 4GB RAM, triple rear cameras and a 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera. The smartphone runs EMUI 9 based on Android 9 Pie. It also has dedicated triple slots, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 4000 mAh battery.
Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 Specifications
The new Y9 Prime 2019 sports a 6.59-inch Full HD+(2340 × 1080 pixels) display with 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 91% screen-to-body ratio.
The device is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 710 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU and also comes with GPU Turbo 3.0. This all is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage that is also expandable up to 512GB with microSD.
The smartphone is running on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.0 and it will also get the next Android updates as well. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, triple slots, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS. It packs a 4,000mAh battery.
The triple rear camera set up has a 16-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 16MP pop-up front camera.
The device gets a back-mounted fingerprint sensor. Dimensions of the handset are 163.5×77.3×8.8mm and its weight is 196.8g. The phone comes in Emerald Green and Sapphire Blue colors.

The Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 is priced at Rs. 15,990 and it will go on sale via Amazon.in starting from August 7.
