Vivo Z1x Launched in India Starting at Rs. 16,990: Full Specs & Availability

Vivo just launched the Z1x smartphone in India. The company’s latest mid-range phone in its Z series has a 6.38-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, packs Snapdragon 712 processor, features a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera and a 32-megapixel front camera.

Vivo Z1x sports a glossy gradient back and also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It packs a 4500mAh battery with 22.5w fast charging support.

The Vivo Z1x sports a 6.38-inch Full HD+(2340 × 1080 pixels) 19.5:9 aspect ratio Super AMOLED Halo FullView display. It comes with SCHOTT Xensation Glass protection which according to the company is 8.15% better than the competition. It also has DC dimming features with low brightness anti-flicker.

The phone is powered by Snapdragon 712 10nm processor with Adreno 616 GPU. It packs 6GB LPPDDR4x RAM with up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 9.1 which is based on Android 9.0 (Pie).

The triple rear camera setup has a 48MP primary camera with f/1.79 aperture, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth-sensing camera for portrait shots. There is a 32MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 22.5w fast charging that can charge 50% in 30 minutes and comes with a fast charger in the box.

Dimensions of the phone are 159.53×75.23×8.13mm and its weight is 187g.

Price, Availability

The Vivo Z1X price in India starts at Rs. 16,990 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version is priced at Rs. 18,990. It will be available via Flipkart and Vivo online store starting from September 13.

Launch offers include Rs. 1,250 discount for HDFC cards and EMI transaction and benefits worth Rs. 6,000 for Jio customers.
