Samsung Galaxy M10s, Galaxy M30s Launched in India Starting at Rs. 8,999: Specs, Availability

Samsung just launched the Galaxy M30s and the Galaxy M10s smartphones in India. The company’s latest smartphones in the M series are the upgrades to Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M30, that were launched earlier this year.

The Samsung Galaxy M30s comes with several upgrades over Galaxy M30, including the latest Exynos 9611 10nm processor, 48MP triple camera, and a huge 6000mAh battery.

The Galaxy M10s also has several improvements from the Galaxy M10 such as bigger Super AMOLED display, new Exynos 7884B processor, and a bigger 4,000mAh battery.

Galaxy M30s Specifications

The new Galaxy M30s sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+(2340 x 1080 pixels) Infinity-U Super AMOLED display. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI 1.5 on top. There is a back-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The phone is powered by a new Octa-Core Exynos 9611 10nm processor with Mali-G72MP3 GPU. It is paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card.

The triple camera set up includes a 48MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, Samsung GW2 sensor, a 5MP depth sensor, and an 8MP 123° ultra-wide-angle camera. There is a
16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture, Samsung SK3P8SP sensor.

Connectivity options include triple slots, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C. It comes with Dolby Atmos speakers.

The device packs a 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support that promises 29 hours of video playback, 49 hours of calls, and 131 hours of music playback.

It sports a plastic body with a dual-tone finish and comes in Opal Black, Sapphire Blue, and Pearl White colors. The device is 8.8mm thick and its weight is 188g.

Galaxy M10s Specifications

The Galaxy M10s sports a 6.4-inch HD+(1560 x 720 pixels) Infinity-V Super AMOLED display. It has a back-mounted fingerprint sensor which was not there on Galaxy M10.

It is powered by a 1.6 GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7884B processor paired with 3GB RAM. The phone packs 32GB storage that is expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Samsung One UI.

The dual camera set up on the phone includes a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is an 8MP front camera.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone packs a 4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.

The phone comes Stone Blue and Piano Black colors.

Price and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy M30s is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB version and the 6GB+128GB storage version costs Rs. 16,999.

The Samsung Galaxy M10s is priced at Rs. 8999 for the only 3GB+32GB version.

The new Galaxy M30s and Galaxy M10s will be available via Amazon.in and Samsung India online store starting from September 29.
