Design & Display
If we talk about design, the phone might come with a full-screen form factor just like the realme X. As we can see in the teaser image below, this looks like a fullscreen panel without any notch or whatsoever. Also, it will come with a glass back.
The company’s product director Wang Wei has also confirmed that the phone will come with a 90Hz display refresh rate. The screenshot shared on Weibo confirms Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution as well as a 20:9 aspect ratio for the phone’s screen.
It should be an AMOLED panel with support for an in-display fingerprint scanner just like previous realme X series phones. Some rumors reveal it will be a 6.55-inch FHD + Samsung display.
The alleged realme X2 Pro with Snapdragon 855 Plus processor was already confirmed by realme China CMO Xu Qi Chase on Weibo. As per him, the phone is codenamed the Super Warrior. Recently he has also confirmed that it will be a 4G phone.
The screenshot Wei shared on Weibo also shows NFC support.
The phone is expected to come with a 64MP quad-camera set up just like the realme XT or realme X2 (China). However, this time the company will not use a 2MP macro camera and replace it with a telephoto camera that will offer up to 20X zoom. Also, the wide-angle camera will take care of macro shots.
As per rumors, the phone is expected to sport dual 1950mAh batteries and it will also support OPPO’s latest 50W Super VOOC fast charging similar to the OPPO Ace.
