Vivo just launched a new smartphone Vivo U20 in India. The company’s latest smartphone in the U series comes with a big 6.53-inch Full HD+ display, Snapdragon 675 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, 16MP+ 8MP+2MP triple cameras, 16MP front-facing camera, and 5000mAh battery with support for Vivo’s 18W Dual Engine fast charging.

Vivo U20 Specifications

The Vivo U20 sports a 6.53-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with about 90.3% screen-to-body ratio. It has a curved plastic back with gradient finish and a sports a fingerprint sensor on the back.

The phone is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 processor with Adreno 612 GPU and paired with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB with MicroSD. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with Funtouch OS 9.1.

The triple rear camera on the phone has a 16MP primary Sony IMX499 sensor with f/1.78 aperture, an 8MP 120° ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP 4cm macro camera. There is a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options include triple card slots, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS, micro USB port, and 3.5 mm audio jack. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

Dimensions of the phone are 162.15 × 76.47 × 8.89mm and its weight is 193g.

Price, Availability

The Vivo U20 price in India starts at Rs. 10,990 for the 4GB RAM+64GB storage version and the 6GB RAM+64GB storage version costs Rs. 11,990. The phone will be available from Amazon.in and vivo.in from November 28.
