Samsung Galaxy A51 India Launch: Full Specs, Price & Availability

Samsung is planning to launch a new mid-range smartphone in its A-series allegedly called as Galaxy A51. According to a recent teaser posted by the company, the phone may be launched on December 12 in Vietnam. Before the launch, the phone has leaked briefly.

The official press renders of Galaxy A51 have leaked online which confirms its design. As per the leaked images, the upcoming Samsung phone will feature quad rear cameras in a rectangular module and a center-aligned punch-hole display.

Design: New Camera Setup

Galaxy A51 will come with some upgrades over the predecessor Galaxy A50s. However, the Galaxy A51 will still come with the plastic build just like most of the current Galaxy A series of phones. One of the design changes will be the new L-shaped camera setup at the back.

These new leaked images also reveal the color variants of the phone that include Black, White, Pink, and Blue color finishes.

Display: Super AMOLED with Punch-hole

The Galaxy A51 will come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with the punch-hole for a selfie camera, similar to the Galaxy Note 10. It will also include an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.

48MP Quad Cameras

Samsung has included four sensors on the Galaxy A51 that are expected to include a primary 48-megapixel sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and another 5-megapixel macro camera. There will be a 32MP front camera.

Processor: Exynos 9611

The device will be powered by the Exynos 9611 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Battery and Fast Charging

The device will pack a 4,000mAh battery, which will also support 15W fast charging.

Price in India, Availability

Samsung launched Galaxy A50s in India at a starting price of Rs. 22,990. So we expect that Galaxy A51 will also be launched at the same price range. The phone is expected to be introduced on December 12 in Vietnam, so it could also come to India later in the month.
