Xiaomi launched its Mi Wireless Power Bank in India today which was launched in China last year. The new power bank with 10000mAh capacity comes with support for 18W two-way fast charging, 10W wireless fast charging for Qi devices and 7.5W wireless charging for iPhone. Also, according to the company, the power bank supports 2 device charging (wireless charging and USB-A charging) at the same time.
Interestingly, Xiaomi doesn’t have any smartphone in India with wireless charging support. However, you can charge phones from companies like Samsung, Apple and others that support wireless charging. Although, Xiaomi is also expected to launch its Mi 10 series smartphones in India very soon. The Mi 10 series supports 30W wireless fast charging.
Mi Wireless Power Bank Features
The new Mi wireless power bank comes with 10W Qi wireless fast charging support. It also supports USB PD, Quick Charge 3.0/2.0 and comes with 18W USB Type-C input and 18W USB Type-A output (5V-2.4A, 9V-2A, 12V-1.5A).
The charging time of the power bank is 4 hours with 18W fast charger and 6 hours with 10W charger.
The Mi wireless fast charging power bank is designed with 12-layer protection that protects it against overheating, over current, short circuits, etc. The power bank comes in Black color. Its dimensions are 147.9 × 70.6 × 16.6mm and weight is 230g.
