The app is really lightweight and it does not need any server to be installed on the PC to access the data. Here is a small guide to tell you how you can use this app on your Android smartphone.

  1. Download the Sweech app on the phone from Google Play Store.
  2. Launch the app and tap the big Play button on the screen.
  3. The app will display an IP address on the screen.
  4. On PC navigate your browser to that IP address and you will be able to access your phone in the browser.
  5. Select the file you want to download and tap the Download button on the top right.

Make sure the phone and PC are connected to the same Wifi network. We recommend using the 5Ghz band of the Wifi router to transfer the large files faster.


WeTransfer: Send Large Files Online

WeTransfer is one of the most popular apps to send large files to anyone online to any part of the world (yes we included China.) The one and the only problem with the WeTransfer service is that there is no app for this. You have to use the browser to upload your file and share it with the desired person.

You only have to open a browser and go to WeTansfer website and tap on Send a file button. Then select the files you want to upload and hit the Transfer button. Once the files have been uploaded, you will get a shareable link which will help the receiver to download the file easily.
