Display & Processor

Lenovo K4 Note

Both the devices feature a 5.5 inch Full HD display, with a pixel density of 401 ppi. Even with the screen colours, brightness and the viewing angles, both the phones are neck to neck, without much difference between them.

Coming to the processor side of things, both the devices have the same processor, the 1.3GHz 64-bit octa-core Mediatek MT6753 processor. But there is a difference in the RAM between both the devices. The Lenovo K4 notes features a 3GB RAM, whereas the Infocus M680 has 2GB of RAM on board.

User Interface & Operating System

The Lenovo K4 Note and the Infocus M680, both run on custom Android skins built on top of Android Lollipop 5.1. The Infocus M680 runs the InLife UI which has a clean interface and supports custom icons and themes out of the box. The device comes with a few themes pre-installed that you can choose from. On the other hand, the Lenovo K4 Note comes with the Lenovo Skin of Android installed on it. I really hope that these two devices get updated to Android Marshmallow at the earliest.

Camera & Storage

InFocus M680 (9)

The camera is something that the Infocus M680 shines in. It features a 13 Megapixel primary and a 13-megapixel secondary camera, whereas the Lenovo K4 note has a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera. Both the phones feature LED flash along with their primary cameras.

Coming on to the storage, the Infocus M680 and the Lenovo K4 Note both feature 16GB of Onboard storage, and provide the ability to expand via a MicroSD card. The Infocus M680 can be expanded up to a 64GB microSD card, whereas the Lenovo K4 Note can accommodate a 128GB microSD card.

Battery & Other Features

The Lenovo K4 Note features a bigger battery than the Infocus M680 on paper. The Lenovo K4 Note has a 3300mAh battery, whereas the Infocus M680 has a smaller 2600mAh battery. Even in real life usage, the Lenovo K4 Note gives a better battery because of its higher capacity.

The Lenovo K4 Note also has a fingerprint scanner and an NFC chip, that the InFocus M680 lacks. This makes the Lenovo K4 Note more feature rich when compared to the Infocus M680.

Pricing & Availability

The Infocus M680 is priced at INR 10,999 and in this price you get a free Selfie Stick to fit your device into. This is tempting for the customers to purchase, as the Selfie Stick itself costs around INR 1,000. The Lenovo K4 Note, on the other hand, is available for a price of 11,999, a bit costlier than the Infocus M680.

Conclusion

Both the devices, the Lenovo K4 Note and the Infocus M680 are amazing devices to use. They both feature the exact same processor, but each of these has its own perks. If you want an awesome camera experience, just blindly go with the Infocus M680 because of its great camera quality. But if you want 1GB of extra RAM, or a larger battery and camera is not your priority, the Lenovo K4 Note is the device you should choose out of these.
