[How To] Download And Install iOS 7 Style Control Center For Android Devices

Although Android does offer innumerable customizations, there are people out there who still tend to favour the simplicity and ease of use of Apple’s iOS. What brought the iOS in news recently was the update from iOS 6 to iOS 7, which, along with a much cleaner UI, bought quite a few enhancements in the usability as well. One of the major updates was the inclusion of ‘Control Center’, which lets users change their phone’s behaviour on the fly. Although Android users have had quite a few apps which let you do similar stuff, the magic of iOS was definitely missed.

However, here we discuss about an app which brings the very iOS flavour to your Android device; the app is called ‘Control Center’ which is quite apt, from the developer ‘Hi Tools Studio’. The app is available for free, and you can download it here from the Play Store.

You need not have a rooted device to be able to use the app, unlike most other customization apps which require your device to be rooted.

Instructions To Get The App On Your Phone/Tablet:

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet.
  • Sign in to your Google account if you haven’t yet.
  • Point your device to this URL. (If it doesn’t work, try this URL)
  • Install, and go!
  • Note: You can point your desktop/laptop’s browser to the above link and get the app as well, given that your phone and browser are logged in to the same Google account, and your phone is connected to the internet.

We think this is a pretty cool tool for people who like the flexibility of Android, and at the same time miss the simplicity of the iOS. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
