Gionee is the Chinese Manufacturer, and is launching the phone in the Indian Market at the regular intervals. Gionee had earlier launched Elife E3 in the Indian market. Now the CTRL V4 is a device which comes with the great features and is cheaper when it comes to the pricing. Gionee CTRL V4 packs the dual camera, it offers 5.0 MP primary camera at the rear with Auto Focus and LED flash. But at this price range other vendors offer a greater camera option, so the camera was expected on the higher side. CTRLV4 is supported by the PowerVR Series5XT GPU for greater graphical capacity to the device and also lets the images and videos on the device to be clear and does not lets it to scatter. The CTRL V4 comes with the 512 MB of RAM, now that seems to be on the lower side and was expected some what more. But as the device comes with the Quad Core processor so the lower RAM memory doesn’t seems to effect the performance of the device and most of the larger apps seems to run smoothly.
Battery of the CTRL V4 is 1800 mAh, and with the screen size of the 4.5-inch it seems to be sufficient and can easily give back up of about a day or more after the single charge. With the heavy use battery seems to give the backup of about 16-18 hours,that is sufficient.

It competes with the XOLO Q700 and other device in the same price range. Though the Quad Core processor and other hardware seems to be at the higher side in the CTRL V4. So the phone seems to be an competitive one and could do good in the Budget segment.
