Design and Build

The design of the phone looks good and little bit different from some other phones which we have seen from HTC earlier, this phone comes in 3 colors and all these colors have a slightly different kind of design on the Blue, White and Brown version, however the brown version will not be able in India, but the blue and white color version will be the best. The build quality of the phone is pretty good, the back cover is glossy and can be removed, edges of the phone are flat but are slightly tempered which gives you a nice grip as well when you hold it one hands. The material used on the back cover is again plastic but its good and premium quality of the plastic used and the back cover also has a NFC chip inside.

Camera and Internal Storage

The rear camera is 8MP which has auto focus and BSI sensor for better low light photos, it can also record HD videos both at 720p and 1080p at 30 fps. The photo quality of the rear camera is good if not the best in low light and the day light photos were really good in colors saturation and sharpness. The internal storage of the phone is 8GB out of which you get around 5GB and you also have MicroSD card slot in which you can use 64GB max memory card and you also have the option to install apps directly on the SD card.

OS and Battery

The OS interface is covered with HTC sense 4.0 UI, but on the downside it does not run the latest version of HTC Sense UI but the device is snappy and faster in UI animations and we did not faced any lag in the UI. The battery on the device is 2100 mAh, should be sufficient for this phone with this much display size, we will tell you more once we do the full review of this phone.

Initial Conclusion and Overview

This devices seemed to be pretty decent on build quality, form factor wise its pretty good and the hardware configuration is also good as per the price at which it comes, its not the thinnest but feels thinner with curved edge. We would like to give this device a thumbs up, lets see how does this device perform in Indian market in month of December 2013 around Christmas.
