  3. Thanks for the reply Abhishek

I have narrowed down to two phones

    1. S4 Mini Dual sim
    2. Ascend G700

Specs wise both phones are good, but only thing Im worried about is Huawei A.S.S.

What would you suggest, is best of two?

    Regards
    Kishore

    • After sales support for both of the phones will there, no specific issues with Huawei in this case, but S4 mini dual sim will be a better choice out of these two.

  4. Hi Deepak,

Thanks for the review. I am planning to get this mobile, had visited couple of shops also, but nobody gave me an clear picture about the network mode which is avail in this.

Pls can you tell, does this model supports “3G only or WCDMA” network mode in “Mobile Network” sections.
(hope there is “3G only” option along with “Auto” mode)
One of the dealer showed Ascend P6 and in it there was only “2G only” mode along with Auto mode (3G & 2G)

Pls note that i am wanting to know in G700, if there option “3G only” mode.

    Thanking you in advance

    BR,

  5. Abhishek,

I have a XOLO Q800, but I have a lot of apps, so, and have a huge contact list, because of which I have issues, otherwise it is a great phone. Considering these issues, I was looking for a phone with more RAM and more Memory, and landed on Huawei Ascend G700, and then this review by you.

Do you think this is a right choice considering that 1 Gb is not sufficient for me, and this is possibly the cheapest phone with 2 Gb RAM ?

    Thanks,

    GP

    • Yes you can consider it but check after sales support in your area. We will be able to comment if it is a good buy after we do the full review of the device. your problems might very well be because of a faulty app (as is the case most often) rather than low amount of RAM, But yes Increase in RAM will provide you performance boost as you use many apps.
