The handset comes with usual specifications that we can expect from a mid-ranger and carries a price tag of Rs 9,999. But, the online retailer Amazon has exclusively listed the smarphone for a discounted pricing of Rs 6,999. Let’s take a look at the smartphone to know about its hardware capabilities.
Camera and Internal Storage
The rear camera on the Spice Stellar 520n is an 8 MP sensor and it is accompanied with LED flash and BSI sensor that will provide better imaging performance. This camera is teamed up with a 2 MP front shooter that can handle video conferencing and clicking self portrait shots. These imaging aspects sound impressive on paper though we do not know the real time performance.
Internal storage is 8 GB and it can be further expanded by another 32 GB using a micro SD card. This 8 GB storage is split in two parts leaving you with around 3 GB for apps. Since several preloaded apps will save their data in this area, it will be a limitation for heavy users who plan to live with hundreds of apps. The Spice Stellar 520n is priced appropriately at Rs 9,999 and comes with a good display and decent hardware aspects that justify its pricing. Of course, the freebies including the colorful back covers could entice the potential buyers who are looking for smartphones in the sub Rs 10,000 price bracket.
