Airtel offers iPhone 7 at a downpayment of Rs. 7,777

India’s largest telecom operator Airtel has launched a new online store where it is offering iPhone 7 at down payment of Rs. 7,777. The 32GB variant of the Apple iPhone 7 which retails for about Rs. 40,000 online nowadays is now available for a downpayment of Rs. 7,777 and 24 monthly installments of Rs. 2,499 each.

Under this plan, Airtel is provide up to 30GB data per month as well as unlimited STD, local and national roaming calls. You don’t have to pay anything extra apart from the Rs. 2,499 monthly installment. However, you will end up spending around Rs. 68,000 on the device in a two year period.

The telecom operator is additionally offering physical damage and cyber protection under Airtel’s Secure package. It will be free for users purchasing the smartphone from the new Airtel Online Store.

Apple iPhone 7 Airtel offer

Moreover, apart from the Apple iPhone 7, the online store will also be selling the iPhone 7 Plus. The iPhone 7 Plus with a bigger display and a dual-camera setup is available in 32GB variant and 128GB variant. The iPhone 7 Plus 32GB is available for Rs 17,300, while the 128GB variant can be purchased for Rs 26,000. And both the smartphones come with the Rs 2499 plan.

Announcing the new Online Store, Harmeen Mehta, Global CIO and Director, Engineering, Bharti Airtel said,

All this is a product of some cutting-edge digital engineering by the in-house teams at Airtel. We would also like to thank our partners for integrating their APIs seamlessly with our platform to enable a great customer experience.”

Airtel has partnered with companies like Apple, HDFC Bank, Clix Capital, Seynse Technologies, Brightstar Telecommunications, and Vulcan Express to provide these offers on its Online Store. Currently, the new Online Store services will only be available to customers in 21 cities across India. The company says that it will be expanded to other cities soon.
