Apple iPhone Xs and Xs Max Chargegate issue, Think Before You Book Yours

Some iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max users are facing some unusual problem where the phone is not charging via wall adapter. A lot of users has posted this issue; it seems to be a widespread issue in the new iPhone Xs and Xs Max. A favorite Youtube channel “Unbox Therapy” has demonstrated this issue in a video where the iPhone Xs and Xs Max are not getting charged when plugged into a charging cable.

The issue has been notified by a user on Apple‘s forum where he stated that the iPhone Xs Max is no getting charged via its in-box charging cable and adapter. Later, a video has been uploaded by Lewis Hilsenteger on his channel “Unbox Therapy” showing this issue on a bunch of iPhone Xs and Xs Max. He found most of the iPhones not charging via charging cable. Some are not loading when in a sleep state and start charging when you wake them by tapping on the screen. But some of them are not charging at all, not even when they are on and working.

Although the wireless charging is working fine but it is not as fast as charging the phone via lightning cable. This is not clear that if it is a software issue or a hardware issue. Apple hasn’t replied about this issue yet, but I am sure that Apple will get to this issue quickly and take some serious action to fix this issue.
