Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite

Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus has announced yet another entry-level smartphone, dubbed as the Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite in the Philippines today. This selfie-centric smartphone comes with the Snapdragon 425 chipset paired with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. The device comes with 13MP camera on both front and back.

To recall, Asus had launched the Zenfone 4 Selfie and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro in India back in September. The Zenfone 4 Selfie was launched in two variants. The three devices were priced at Rs. 9,999, Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 23,999 respectively.

The Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite sports 5.5 inch HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It comes with a 2.5D curved glass. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with ZenUI 4.0 on the top and comes with dual SIM support.

The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with Adreno 308 GPU, 2GB RAM and comes in 16GB and 32GB internal storage options. The storage on the device can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card.

Coming to the camera department, the Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite comes with a 13MP primary camera with PDAF, EIS and an LED flash. On the front, the device sports a 13MP secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture and a Soft LED flash.

In terms of connectivity, the Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS / A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and microUSB. The smartphone is measures 155.66 x 75.9 x 7.85 mm and weighs around 144 grams. The smartphone is backed by a 3,000mAh Li-ion non-removable battery.

Price and Availability

The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite is priced starting at 7,995 PHP (Rs. 10,200). The smartphone has been launched in four color variants i.e. Deepsea Black, Mint Green, Rose Pink and Sunlight Gold.
