Asus Zenfone 5 16 GB is now available for 9,999 INR, the original price of 8 GB variant. The 16 GB variant was originally priced at 12,999 INR and since storage is expandable on both, users generally preferred Zenfone 5 8 GB.
Zenfone 5 was one of the best smartphones lauched last year in our opinion. The handset comes with a good quality 5 Inch IPS LCD display with 720p HD resolution, powered by 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z2560 processor with 2 GB RAM and expandable 16 GB internal storage.
It comes with a good 8 MP BSI sensor and f2.0 wide aperture lens in its rear camera which can record 1080p full HD videos. A 2 MP front camera is also present for video calling and selfies. Asus uses pixelmaster technology to enhance low light performance, by increasing pixel size.
Other features include 64 GB MicroSD support, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 2110 mAh battery. Zenfone 5 is running Android 4.4 Kitkat based ZenUI out of the box, Asus has confirmed Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the device as well.
