Blackberry, Canadian smartphone pioneer, launched its third Android-powered smartphone named DTEK60 on Tuesday. Though it doesn’t taste success with previous Android-based phones, Priv and DTEK50, it boldly launched another phone to test its fortunes.

It claimed that DTEK60 is the most secure Android phone available in the market and comes with an alert system that warns the user if their privacy is compromised. Unlike its previous flagship phones, this phone is priced competitively with a price tag of $499.

Flagship hardware components, Secured Android version, QHD display with a sweet price tag will not only entice Blackberry fans but also users who want to use a secure phone with flagship specs. Camera has been Achilles heel for Blackberry phones, so the performance of the camera will determine the reception of this phone. But users should also be aware of the fact that it may be the last Blackberry made phone, so you should be dubious of the after sales support.
