BSNL Broadband Plans now start at Rs. 99 with 20Mbps speeds

State-owned BSNL has introduced four new broadband plans starting at Rs. 99 offering a speed of up to 20Mbps. The company launched new broadband plans priced at Rs 99, Rs 199, Rs 299 and Rs 399 that come with data benefits ranging from 45GB to 600GB. They offer 20Mbps download speeds until daily FUP and after that, they offer 1Mbps speed.

BSNL has introduced these plans on a promotional basis to lure new subscribers. So, these are applicable for new users only as starter packs. These broadband plans that also offer unlimited voice calling to any network, are reportedly available pan-India.

BSNL Broadband Plans

For new users, the BSNL Broadband Plans called as BBG Combo ULD starts at Rs. 99. This plan offers 45GB data that is said to come with 1.5GB per day limit. The next is BBG Combo ULD 150GB Plan that is said to offer 5GB data per day at a price of Rs. 199.

Lastly, there are BBG Combo ULD 300GB and 600GB Plans priced at a monthly rate of Rs. 299 and Rs. 399 respectively. These plans offer 10GB and 20GB daily data respectively. All these plans offer 20Mbps speeds and after the daily data limit, the speeds will be reduced down to 1Mbps.


Moreover, BSNL is also offering one free email ID and 1GB of storage space with the new broadband plan. As mentioned these are only promotional plans and are valid for 90 days. Also, after six months of using these plans, users will have to migrate to one of the existing BSNL broadband plans. A deposit of Rs. 500 will also need to be paid by the new users.

BSNL FTTH Broadband Plan

Apart from above-mentioned broadband plans, BSNL has also introduced a new Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) plan for Rs 777 that offers 500GB of FUP per month at a speed of 50Mbps. After using the 500GB of FUP, it will offer reduced speeds at 2Mbps.

Additionally, the plan also offers unlimited voice calling benefits to any network across the country. The new plan dubbed as BSNL Fibro Combo ULD 777 will be available pan-India starting June 12.
