We recently covered Celkon A57 with 4 inches screen which was available at the price of 4200 INR and now it seems that Celkon has launched a successor to that phone named as A62 and this phone is little bit expensive than its predecessor and more over it has better combination of hardware specification as compared to Celkon A57. As far as its price is concerned then we have Micromax Ninja A89 competing with it.

The screen size of Celkon A62 is 4.7 inches which is adequately high when compared to Micromax Ninja A89. The resolution of display in both the phone is similar which is 854 x 480 pixels. The power of this phone is supported by 1GHz Dual Core processor and 512 MB of RAM adds to it, which is again similar to Micromax Ninja A89. Both of these phones operate on the same operating system which is Ice Sandwich (Android 4.0.4). And as similar to Micromax Ninja A89 this phone is also a Dual SIM phone which supports the GSM band on both the SIM slots.

Now, Celkon A62 takes up a huge lead when it comes to camera specifications because as compared to 3.15 MP of primary camera used with Micromax Ninja A89. Celkon A62 has 8MP of primary camera Celkon A62 is equipped with 2MP Camera (VGA) which is again better than Micromax Ninja A89. Internal storage capacity of this phone is 512 MB (which is quite low), it can be further extended up to 32GB with the help up of external memory card slot.
