Celkon is all set to launch a new mid ranger called Celkon Q54 that has been listed on the official website of the firm. The vendor is yet to reveal the pricing and availability details of the smartphone, but we believe it to be launched in the coming days.

The Celkon Q54 fueled by Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system houses a 5 inch IPS display with a WVGA resolution of 480×800 pixels and it is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor of unspecified chipset teamed up with 512 MB of RAM. There is 4 GB of native storage space that can be expanded further up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card.

For imaging, the Celkon offering flaunts a 5 MP main camera at its back with auto focus and LED Flash and there is a 5 MP front facer as well for video conferencing and clicking self portrait shots respectively. Other goodies of the Celkon Q54 include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dual SIM functionality for connectivity and a 2,000 mAh battery to energize the smartphone from within.

Lately, Celkon annpounced the Celkon OCTA510 that is priced at Rs 8,999 and it comes with a 1.4 GHz octa core MediaTek MT6592M chipset. Notably, this is the first octa core smartphone launched by the India based vendor.
