CricHQ app with Social Networking Features Available for Android Platform

Couple of weeks back, cricket based social network CricHQ tied up with Nokia and UCWeb to expand its presence in India. Now, the firm has updated its Android app with new features. The latest version of the CricHQ Android app will let users to follow their favorite cricketers, get notifications in their news feed and to like, comment or share the updates with their friends.

The CricHQ app is available on the Google Play Store, Samsung App Store, Nokia X Store and Amazon App Store. The iOS app is also expected to get upgraded with these new features in a fortnight.

Previous version of the CricHQ app let the users to keep a track of the scores and statistics of all the cricketers, matches and teams across the world. The new upgraded version integrates this with the exclusive Cricket based social network. Also, the app lets the cricket fans and the cricketers to maintain their profiles and uses its proprietary technology to update the statistics of each personal and professional profile constantly.

The Cricket focused social network is backed by cricketers such as Stephen Fleming, Brendom McCullum, Ravi Ashwin and others. It helps both the players and fans to interact directly and the prominent cricketers to maintain their profiles and share exclusive content on the CricHQ social network.


Earlier versions of the CricHQ app allowed users to track scores and statistics of all cricketers, teams and matches played across all levels (international, domestic, club and school levels) from around the world. The new version retains and integrates these features with unique Cricket-focused social network.
