Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition Smartwatch launched: Price, features, more

Fitbit, the leading wearable maker has launched its Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition smartwatch today. The smartwatch is designed to help athletes of all levels in improving their performance during running related exercises. The Ionic smartwatch has been announced in a partnership with Adidas.

The Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition includes all the advanced health and fitness features of the original Fitbit Ionic watch that was launched last year. Moreover, it provides a unique coaching experience through the Adidas Train app, developed in collaboration with experts at Adidas. The Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition smartwatch is available for pre-orders on Fitbit.com and will go on sale globally starting March 19.

Fitbit Ionic Adidas Smartwatch features

Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition watch features the Adidas Train app which has six on-screen run-focused workouts designed to complement any training and help improve strength and flexibility. Each of them is constructed by a team of Adidas experts.

The Adidas Train app is exclusive to Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition and it provides step-by-step coaching to guide users and to ensure that you are doing it correctly. The guide is accessible right on your wrist and also allows you to customize them into your workout routine.


The Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition also includes all of the advanced features from Fitbit Ionic including the long battery life of up to five days, GPS, heart rate tracking, Run Detect, cardio fitness level, water resistance up to 50 meters, onboard personal music, automatic activity and sleep tracking, and access to more than 400 apps in the Fitbit App Gallery.

Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition Price and Availability

Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition is available for $329.95 in the US which means its Indian pricing could be around Rs. 21,500. Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition will be available in stores globally including India from March 19, 2018.
