Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal announced Diwali Sale 2016, Here’s what you can look for

Earlier this month, e-commerce giants conducted their flagship sale events namely Flipkart’s Big Billion Days, Amazon’s Great Indian Festival sale, and Snapdeal’s Unbox Diwali sale. During the sale, each of them clocked record sales with combined sales amount pegged at 6,500 Cr. Flipkart claimed that it has sold 15.5 million units that is marginally greater than Amazon’s sales volume, 15 million units. Snapdeal’s exact sales figures are not known, but it has pronounced that it has sold nearly one lakh mobile phones and registered more than 11 lakh buyers in the first 16 hours of its “Unbox Diwali Sale” .

Bolstered by the unprecedented figures, they are coming with another round of sale events on the eve of Diwali. All of them will start tonight at 12:00AM.

In addition to the discounts offered by the sellers on these platforms, e-commerce companies tie up with various banks to make deals more cheaper. It is not different in upcoming Diwali sale where Flipkart partnered with Citi Bank, Snapdeal partnered with Standard Chartered, and Amazon tied up with SBI.
