The phone powered by 2.26 GHz Quad core Snapdragon 800 chipset is a truly global offering from Gionee and also flaunts of world’s most sensitive 16 MP camera at the back.

The display is 5.5 inches in size and sports 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution. The large display uses LTPS technology which make the IPS LCD display more integrated and power efficient. The 16 GB variant comes with 2 GB RAM and the 32 GB model ships with 3 GB RAM.

The 16 MP camera has a Largan M8 lens with 1/ 2.3 inch sensor. The pixel size is quite large at 1.34 micrometer and this implies that the sensor will be capable of absorbing more light under low light conditions. The Front camera too comes with an 8 MP sensor. The phone runs on Amigo UI based on Android 4.2, which is not very impressive.

The battery capacity is 2500 mAh which seems average. Connectivity features include 3G, WiFi, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG and NFC. For further insight into hardware specs you can also read our Gionee Elife E7 Quick Review.
