This story is about how I made a mistake by booking OLA cabs thinking that I will utilize my OLA money, get back home from one part of delhi to other.

It was around 9pm I finished my dinner at Pizza hut with my friend. I opened OLA app on my iPhone and booked a cab, it was booked and then it said it will take 3 minutes to reach.

After 5 minutes I looked at the app as the driver did not called me or reached, the app showed that driver is moving in opposite direction then coming towards me. This was a surprize, then in next 1 minute he started the ride without me. At this point of time I was surprised and also angry to see what the hell was happening.

I tried calling the driver before this, he never picked up and after the ride is started, I did not had any option to call him from the app after ride started.

PS: I have only received an email from OLA and they say they will take action, nothing has happened. It is almost more than 1 day now, since this has happened to me. This incident happened with me on 9th June around 9 PM.
